1. Scope of Services

Clean Edmonton Homes provides cleaning services based on the service package selected by the Client, including any approved add-ons.

The exact scope, duration, and pricing are defined in the booking confirmation, estimate, or invoice.

Any additional requests outside the agreed scope may require:

Additional time
Additional charges
Approval before completion

We reserve the right to adjust pricing if property conditions differ from the description provided.

2. Estimates and Deposits

All estimates provided are based on property size, condition, and information provided by the Client.

A deposit of 30% may be required to confirm booking.

Remaining balance is due upon service completion.

Estimates remain valid for 3 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee (Re-Clean Policy)

We stand behind the quality of our work.

If the Client is not satisfied, Clean Edmonton Homes will return to re-clean the affected areas free of charge under the following conditions:

Client must notify us within 24 hours of service completion
Photos or description must be provided
Re-clean will be scheduled within 48 hours

This guarantee does NOT apply to:

Permanent stains
Pre-existing damage
Mold beyond surface level
Rust or corrosion
New mess created after cleaning

No monetary refunds are provided once service has been completed.

4. Access Requirements

The Client must provide:

Safe and legal access to the property
Running water and electricity
Accessible parking within reasonable distance
Clear access to areas requiring cleaning

Failure to provide access may result in:

Lockout fee: $50
Rescheduling fees may apply

5. Property Condition Disclosure

Client must disclose the presence of:

Mold
Biohazards
Pest infestations
Heavy contamination
Construction debris
Hoarding conditions

Failure to disclose may result in:

Service refusal
Additional charges
Cancellation fees

6. Cleaning Products and Equipment

We use professional-grade equipment including:

HEPA filtered vacuums
Non-toxic and eco-friendly cleaning solutions
Hospital-grade disinfectants
Professional degreasers

Clients may request:

Hypoallergenic products
Fragrance-free products

Requests must be made prior to service.

7. Liability and Damages

Clean Edmonton Homes is fully insured.

We take reasonable care when servicing your property.

However, we are not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage
Loose fixtures
Improperly secured items
Normal wear and tear

Maximum liability is limited to the total service value.

Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours.

8. Payments and Billing

We accept:

Credit Cards
Debit Cards
Interac e-Transfer
Stripe secure payments
Business invoices (approved clients)

Payment schedule:

30% deposit at booking
70% balance after completion

Late payments may incur additional fees.

9. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation fees apply as follows:

24+ hours notice — No charge
Under 24 hours — 50% fee
Same day cancellation — 100% fee
Lockout — $50 fee

Rescheduling is allowed once without penalty.

10. Safety Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe, including:

Aggressive behavior
Hazardous environments
Biohazards not disclosed
Structural safety risks

11. Pets and Children

Client is responsible for securing pets.

Clean Edmonton Homes is not responsible for:

Pet escape
Pet injury due to unsafe conditions

Children must be supervised at all times.

12. Photos and Quality Assurance

We may take before and after photos for:

Internal quality control
Documentation

Photos will never be publicly shared without consent.

13. Commercial Client Terms

For commercial properties:

Confidentiality is strictly maintained
After-hours service may be provided
Insurance documentation available upon request

14. Governing Law

This agreement is governed under the laws of Alberta, Canada.
